Robert Dvorak, CEO and President, SilkRoad Technology

Robert Dvorak

Chief Executive Officer and President

Robert Dvorak serves as Chief Executive Officer and President. He brings to SilkRoad over 30 years of executive leadership positions in strategic sales and marketing, most recently with Forsythe Technology, Inc (acquired by Sirius Computer Solutions in 2018). Bob ran KillerIT (a subsidiary of Forsythe) since 2011 as Founder and President. KillerIT is a Gartner-recognized digital SaaS platform for driving IT Effectiveness and Digital Business Transformations. Robert served on the Board of Directors of Forsythe Technology, Inc. as well as the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Bob holds an MBA and BA Physics, BA Economics from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and Lake Forest College, respectively.

 

Janet Halma, SilkRoad Technology

Janet Halma

Chief Revenue Officer

Janet Halma is responsible for leading SilkRoad’s global revenue generation strategies. She is a seasoned senior global executive with over 30 years of experience in the information technology industry and she brings a track record of creating sustainable value for clients, investors and shareholders through sales and operational excellence. Previously, Janet led numerous SilkRoad internal teams, including professional services and client operations.

Prior to joining SilkRoad, Janet was responsible for the integration and consolidation of acquired businesses as a member of the corporate development team at Rocket Software (Waltham, MA). Previously, she served on the executive team at Metastorm, Inc. (Baltimore, MD), a business process management company, with responsibility for all customer and sales operations. Following Metastorm’s acquisition by OpenText Corporation (Waterloo, ON Canada) in 2011, Janet led the business integration of Metastorm and another acquired business, ~$500M in acquired value, into OpenText’s global business operations. She has held additional executive leadership, business development and sales positions with CommerceQuest, an integration company, and IBM.

Janet holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The Florida State University.

 

Anuj Gupta, SilkRoad Technology

Anuj Gupta

Chief Client Officer

Anuj Gupta serves as Chief Client Officer, bringing highly innovative and creative solutions for driving client engagement and experience with SilkRoad’s Global Service Group. Anuj has a history of successful leadership experiences defining and delivering innovative technology capabilities which have resulted in achievement of significant business outcomes and organizational transformations that increased revenue, market share growth as well as deepened customer engagement and brand loyalty. Anuj is focused on cultivating strong relationships and loyalty with existing and new clients and spearheads client-centric efforts to drive business results for SilkRoad’s clients. His team provides expertise to SilkRoad clients as they face new challenges in labor and workforce management due to technological advancements. Anuj maintains a persistent focus on SilkRoad’s clients by providing compelling products and services, and by prioritizing capabilities and initiatives to enhance client experiences.

Prior to joining SilkRoad, he served as Vice President of Health Care for Forsythe Technology – acquired by Sirius Computer Solutions – for 17 years working across multiple health care and IT disciplines as he grew that business unit.

He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Computer Science from Illinois State University and has studied leadership and responsibility at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is also an alum of The Second City’s Beginning Improvisation Program.

 

Asif Malik, SilkRoad Technology

Asif Malik

Chief Information Officer

Asif Malik is SilkRoad’s Chief Information Officer (CIO). He leads Product Development, R&D and enterprise information technology and transformation teams. He is responsible for supporting and enabling SilkRoad’s product and infrastructure capabilities to support the unique business requirements for strategic onboarding and workforce transformation. Asif brings more than two decades of expertise in consulting experience across a variety of disciplines, having orchestrated infrastructure overhauls and upgrades for business continuity, cloud migrations, application rationalization and data center operations implementation. Prior to SilkRoad, Asif served Forsythe Technology as Senior Director for 20 years and saw it through its acquisition by Sirius Computer Solutions.

Asif holds an MBA (High Honors) in Finance from NY School of Management in Westbury, New York.

 

Kate O'Neill, SilkRoad

Kate O’Neill

Chief Financial and People Officer

Kate O’Neill is responsible for SilkRoad’s financial and people operations. Prior to joining SilkRoad, she held leadership positions at private and publicly held technology companies in Chicago and London, UK. Kate spent the first ten years of her career at Deloitte, where she served global clients in the US, Europe and Africa. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

 

Michael Lloyd, SilkRoad

Michael Lloyd

Managing Director, International

Michael Lloyd leads the International business for SilkRoad and has built out a highly successful and passionate team bringing great experiences and solutions for SilkRoad clients all around the world.

Michael has spent over 15 years in the Software, Technology and Consulting industries with a particular focus on the success of global organizations. Michael and his team appreciate the cultural, language and economic factors governing the complexity of rolling out successful technology programs that reduce risk and provide ROI back to businesses no matter where they are located.

Michael holds a BTech in Optoelectronics from Macquarie University, Sydney and is an active board member of several grassroots sporting organizations.

Karl Fruecht

Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development

Karl Fruecht is responsible for Marketing, Business Development and driving operational efficiency. Prior to joining SilkRoad, he held executive roles in Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Technology and Management, and created award winning programs to drive team-based improvement in sales, process and performance. He brings experience in turn-arounds, start-ups, modernization, and expansion into new markets. Karl is co-founder of Uncharted Learning NFP, which delivers entrepreneurial and coding curriculum in high schools throughout the United States. He serves as President of The DASH to Cure Diabetes, Inc., and has served with Hospice of Northwest Chicago, Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, Barrington Area Community Foundation, and is a Sustaining Board Member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He holds a BA in Communications from Northern Illinois University.

 

Lilith Christiansen, SilkRoad

Vice President, Onboarding Solutions

Lilith Christiansen brings more than 20 years of consulting experience to SilkRoad, having established a reputation as an industry expert, author and speaker. At SilkRoad Lilith Christiansen leads a team dedicated to partnering with SilkRoad clients to develop world-class strategic onboarding practices and programs that transform their employee experiences and drive business outcomes. The onboarding solutions team helps organizations build better employee experiences and drive retention by connecting all of the onboarding experiences throughout the employee lifecycle. Prior to joining SilkRoad, Lilith served as Vice President of the Organizational Development Practice group at Kaiser Associates, co-leading deep analytical and business performance perspective projects to help leading companies succeed against organizational development challenges. She co-authored the best-selling business book “Successful Onboarding.” It one of the first books to outline methodologies for creating strategic onboarding programs on a global scale to unlock hidden values from talent bases.
